2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or where processing is permitted by law (Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f) GDPR).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages infrastructure. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is loaded, technically necessary connection data are processed (IP address, browser type, page requested, time). These data are used solely to deliver the website and defend against attacks, and are deleted after a short period.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare, along with EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers to the United States.

Cloudflare automatically collects information that the browser transmits to us (server log files). These are:

5. Contact form

If you submit enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the form, including the contact data you supply there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). The data you enter in the contact form remain with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose of the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after the processing of your enquiry has been completed).

6. Email communication

For email communication we use the service Mailbox.org (Heinlein Hosting GmbH, Schwedter Straße 8/9, 10119 Berlin). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Mailbox.org. Data processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany.

7. WhatsApp

8. Web analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for statistical evaluation of how our website is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free, builds no profiles, and collects no personal data. Only aggregated data are gathered (visitor count, most popular pages, device distribution).

User consent is not required, as no consent-requiring cookies or tracking technologies are deployed.

9. Fonts

This website uses only locally hosted fonts. No connection to Google Fonts or other external font providers takes place. No personal data is transmitted to third parties.
