VAT status

Eugene Solutions operates as a Kleinunternehmer under §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), the small-business exemption. As a result, invoices do not include VAT. For EU B2B clients with a valid EU VAT ID, invoices are issued with reverse-charge: you account for VAT in your own country. For private clients worldwide and for non-EU B2B clients: invoice without VAT under §19, the listed price is the final price.

EU VAT ID (USt-IdNr): The application for an EU VAT ID was filed together with the German business registration (May 2026). The number will be added once the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern issues it by post.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages according to general laws under §7(1) DDG. Under §§8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances suggesting unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. A liability in this respect, however, only becomes possible from the moment of knowledge of a concrete legal violation.
